Vision for Education are lookig for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support young people that struggle with their Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
About the role
You will be supporting young people aged 13-16 years of age in a dedicated SEMH Provision. We are looking for people with patience, empathy and an understanding of mental health difficulties. Successful candidates will spend a term on supply, being paid through Vision for Education and then move onto a direct, permanent contract with the school.

Requirements
- Have Experience of working with young people or adults that struggle to regulate their emtions and behaviours
- Have plenty of patience and empathy
- Have the ability to remain calm in volatile situations
- Have the personality to be able to engage young people that struggle with their mental health

Salary
£350 to £400 per week
