You will be supporting young people aged 13-16 years of age in a dedicated SEMH Provision. We are looking for people with patience, empathy and an understanding of mental health difficulties. Successful candidates will spend a term on supply, being paid through Vision for Education and then move onto a direct, permanent contract with the school.

The school is a dedicated provision for young people that are unable to access mainstream school because of the difficulties they have with their Social, Emotional and Mental Health. • Have Experience of working with young people or adults that struggle to regulate their emtions and behaviours
• Have plenty of patience and empathy
• Have the ability to remain calm in volatile situations
