Responsibilities:

• Follow school policies and procedures while maintaining a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Collaborate with school staff to support the educational needs of students
• Provide feedback and assessment on student progress as required
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Maintain professional communication with school staff, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience teaching in secondary schools is preferred
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students
