Vision for Education Teesside are urgently seeking behaviour specialist teaching assistants to work at our client Secondary schools throughout the North Yorkshire area, supporting pupils displaying challenging behaviour.
About the role
Once cleared for work you will have the option to take on longer term roles in individual schools, or chose day to day supply cover which could see you working at different schools each week. Both of these roles require a flexible and resilient attitude. As a behaviour support assistant you will likely be working with a specific child with whom you will develop and maintain an effective and supportive relationship, promoting emotional wellbeing and identifying triggers. You will provide academic support, recording progress and reporting to the teacher.

Salary
£65 to £70 per day
