The trust is looking for someone
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, including record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring effective communication and logistical support.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the smooth functioning of academic and extracurricular activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Previous experience in school administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Relevant qualifications in administration or education administration are desirable but not essential.
