We are seeking a full-time Science teacher for a SEND school in South Gloucestershire. ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.

About the role

We are working behalf on a school that are looking to appoint a permanent teacher, but are open to temp to perm. If you are available for a couple of weeks in Term 6 then the school are happy to get you booked in for a trial, so you can make sure the school is the right fit for you.

This school caters for children with a diagnosis of Autism. All students have EHCPs. The school are incredibly welcoming and will make you feel part of the team from day one.

Requirements

  • SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Confident to deliver BTEC and GCSE across KS3/4.
  • Have a drivers licence, as the school is difficult to get to via public transport.
  • Be looking to become part of a warm and welcoming team, where everyone works together in a tight knit fashion.
  • Experience of teaching the English Science curriculum.
