We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team to work in school in the dudley area. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching a range of science subjects—such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics—across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you are an experienced educator or an early career teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, engaging and inspiring young minds. The school maybe willing to take a job share for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Teach a range of scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in a science-related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of school environments in and around Stourbridge.

Desirable Attributes:

• Previous experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Passion for inspiring and motivating young people to explore science.
