Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5)
• Encourage student engagement with practical experiments, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Assess and monitor student progress where required
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and departments
