Residential Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Workers with relevant experience to join our caring team. In this rewarding role, you will support residents in a safe, nurturing environment, promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal development. Role: Residential Care Worker
Location: Crediton, Devon
Working Hours: 8am-11pm, 7am-11pm, 7am – 8.30am (overnight including)
Pay: £12.50 – £20 per hour based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role & Setting:
Based in Crediton, our residential facility provides a supportive environment for vulnerable adults/youth facing various social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. The successful Care Worker will work closely with residents, supporting their daily needs, encouraging independence, and fostering a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Provide personal care and support residents with daily activities
✨ Promote independence and life skills development
✨ Support emotional wellbeing and social engagement
✨ Assist with medication management and health needs (if qualified)
✨ Build trusting relationships to create a safe and supportive environment

Proven experience working in residential care or similar settings
