We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Cambridge Branch for a Recruitment Consultant to support primary schools in Cambridgeshire. We are accepting applications from people with or without recruitment experience. We would be very interested to hear from people within the education sector already such as Teachers and TAs.
About the role
It is to take over an established business operating in the Primary sector within Cambridgeshire and you will be based at our office in Histon, Cambridge. You will need to be able to travel to the Fenland and Huntingdon area a couple of times a month to meet clients and candidates. This is an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career to take over an existing client base in a business that is already well regarded in the local area, with a clear career path and uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Have previous Recruitment or Education experience
- The ability to maintain and grow a their desk from the start.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- An ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines.
- Possess a professional and ethical approach to business.
- A desire to exceed the highest levels of customer service.
- The ability to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
