Recruitment Consultant - From Trainee to Senior, all will be considered :)

Location: Chelmsford (Create Business Hub)

Contract: Permanent - Full-Time

After fantastic growth over the last year, we're looking to add to our buzzing office! You will be working with a very experienced Branch Manager, Senior Consultants and a new consultant who's off to an amazing start! Every single win you get is celebrated by us all. Need help, support or guidance, we're all here for that 24/7. We share our candidates, fill each others bookings and ensure the whole team can move in the same direction and enjoy each step.

We invest substancially on advertising and sourcing platforms (Unlimited Indeed advert credits and CV Library sourcing!) ensuring that you have the best possible access to candidates across Essex. We have a UK based Candidate Consultant team, that support you and your candidates journey after registration through to clearance. A clear, simple and uncapped comission scheme combined with a retailer discount programme, regular bonus and incentives to esnure you always feel rewarded.

Key Requirement:

  • Successful Education Recruitment experience - or a similar sales backround
  • Proven track record of converting prospective clients and supporting the development of existing clients
  • Must be Sales/Business Development focused

You will provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse, involving:

  • Working with a large client base - differentiating your approach and candidate base according to needs
  • Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools
  • Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships, providing the best possible service at all times
  • Advertising vacancies by placing adverts on a variety of job boards
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for each client
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
  • Briefing and preparing each candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
  • Preparing CVs and profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client, followed by successfully negotiations
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Using our CRM system to manage bookings with speed and accuracy
  • Coordinating sponsorship activities for client schools
