Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply agency and work across our excellent client schools in Newcastle.

About the role

The post will commence mid-September, working full-time between the hours of 08:30-15:30. Working as part of a creative and dynamic team, the ideal candidate must be able to provide general classroom support, 1:1 support and have confidence in delivering small intervention groups. The successful candidate will have a love for learning which they will promote within their teaching, enabling every child to succeed and enjoy education.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) you will:
  • • Have had experience of supporting children in the classroom.
  • • Hold a minimum of Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • • Have experience of working with children with SEND.

Salary

£346 to £365 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
