Vision for Education are looking to employ a general support Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in the Newcastle area.
About the role
This is a full-time role, set to commence in September 2022-July 2023, working between the hours of 08:30-15:30. The successful candidate will be expected to work across the school from Early Years – KS2. The TA will be expected to deliver in class support, following the teachers planning and sometimes offering small group interventions throughout the day.

This is a two-form entry Primary school in the West End of Newcastle. The school pride themselves on their warm and welcoming atmosphere, where they develop and maintain excellent relationships with all families and pupils.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant you will:
- • Be comfortable supporting children from EYFS-KS2.
- • Have a good understanding of the Curriculum.
- • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to support pupils learning and development.
- • Hold a minimum of Level 2 Qualification in Teaching and Learning.

Salary
£69 to £73 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning Qualification.
