As part of our Primary Teacher Bank, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Following school plans or adapting lessons where required

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress where required

• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND

• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Working within our Primary Teacher Bank gives you the opportunity to experience a variety of schools while developing your teaching practice.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic teachers to join our Primary Teacher Bank who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have recent experience teaching within primary schools

• Are confident across at least one key stage

• Have strong behaviour management skills

• Are adaptable, flexible, and professional

• Are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching

• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
