A great opportunity for an experienced teacher to join this welcoming team and progress in this exciting role.

About the role

This will be a full-time position teaching a KS1 cohort. There are a small group of low-level SEND children within the class, but behaviour across the class, and school, is outstanding. This role will start on a temporary basis but has the possibility of going permanent for the right teacher.

About the school

This is a small, one-form entry school in Wallasey. The school has worked hard over the years to tackle behaviour, implementing a strong, whole-school behaviour management policy, which has had a positive impact from EYFS-KS2. Prior to COVID-19, they were inspected by OFSTED and were graded as 'Good' with outstanding areas.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher you will:
  • Have experience teaching in KS1
  • Have some experience of end-of-KS1 SATs
  • Have some experience of supporting or leading phonics screening tests
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
