Looking for a Primary Support Assistant role where you can make a real difference every day?

Vision for Education are recruting a Primary Support Assistant to join a supportive primary setting in the Coleford area. This Primary Support Assistant role involves working closely with pupils who need additional help to engage with learning and feel confident in the classroom.

As a Primary Support Assistant, you’ll support children with SEND, SEMH, autism and ADHD through a mix of 1:1 and small group work.

The role - Primary Support Assistant
• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

We’re looking for a Primary Support Assistant who
• Is patient, reliable and consistent
• Has experience with SEND, SEMH or behaviour (desirable)
• Has a background in education, care, youth work or similar
• Builds strong relationships with children
• Works well as part of a team
