Early Career Teachers (ECT) (Qualifying Summer 2026)

£32,916 to £40k per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
September 2026 (or sooner if available)
About the Role
We are looking to speak to Primary ECTs who are looking for their first role for September 2026. We are working with a number of primary schools in the Peterborough area who are keen to engage with Primary ECTs for long-term placements and permanent roles for September 2026 start.
Requirements
The desired Primary ECT will have;
- Recent experience of working with primary school aged children
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Two recent references to support your teaching employment
- Full and enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to process one through Vision for Education
