About the Role
Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive schools across Colchester. Opportunities are available within both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, making this an excellent role for experienced teachers and ECTs alike.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential academically and personally.
The Role Will Include
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
- Supporting pupils’ wellbeing, confidence, and personal development
Requirements
The desired Primary Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Passion for delivering high-quality education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
