Are you passionate about Sports and Fitness and enjoy working with young people? If so, we want to hear from you! This part-time PE Teacher position based in Ipswich.

About the role

The desired PE Teacher will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential. You will be passionate about the subject and able to inspire and motivate students to develop a lifelong love of sports and fitness. The ideal PE Teacher will have experience of working within a secondary school environment, supporting students across KS3, KS4 within core PE and GCSE & BTEC PE. Creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to try new things and push themselves to achieve their goals, the PE Teacher will also be required to maintain high expectations of behaviour management to build positive relationships with staff and students.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of PE Teacher you will:
  • Have experience working in a secondary setting
  • Have or working towards QTS
  • Hold a relevant degree qualification
  • Have or willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Have excellent time management and behavior management skills

Salary

£120 to £140 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have or working towards QTS
