Part-Time Teaching Assistant role at a secondary school in the Wakefield area. Flexibility on days, to start April 2024.
About the role
The successful Part-Time Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. Working in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, you will have a good understanding of the curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to deliver sessions in small group sessions. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Part-Time Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have previous, recent experience working with young people
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- Have a flexible approach to work and be able to think on your feet
- Be confident and have a positive approach that engages students in their learning

Salary
£80 to £85 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- previous experience working with young people
