About the role

As a Nurturing Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role specialising in supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN). You will be required to provide specialist support in a classroom setting for children with learning disabilities and difficulties. Vision For Education are seeking the ideal candidate who is nurturing, caring, enthusiastic, have a passion for wellbeing and eager to develop their skills. You will support teaching and learning across the school, providing general support to pupils and management of resources. This role starts as a temporary contract moving to a permanent.

About the school

The School is in the Bath area, working closely with children who have a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).

To be considered for the role of Nurturing Teaching Assistant you will:

Salary

£69 to £75 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • A caring and nurturing approach to learning.
  • A minimum of 5 days referable experience within the last 5 years.
