Vision for Education are seeking an early year’s teacher to work in a reception setting in a school based in Leeds, LS19. The role is starting in January and is a long term running for a minimum of 12 weeks.

About the role

The role will commence on the 5th of January and qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers (ECTs) who have had previous experience of leading on whole class teaching in a Nursery setting. Requirements

To be considered for the role of early years Teacher you will:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the Early years & KS1 curriculum.
  • The ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons.
  • A passion for providing quality education.
  • Enthusiasm, dedication and resilience to demonstrate excellent classroom practice.
  • The ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom.

Salary

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of teaching in a Nursery/Reception class
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the Early years & KS1 curriculum
