We're currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible, supply basis across a variety of welcoming and supportive nursery settings.

Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, we offer a range of placements that match your skills, availability, and career goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Have recent experience working with children aged 0–5

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework

  • Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and child-centred in their approach

  • Have (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

  • Be reliable, flexible, and ready to make a positive impact

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting children’s development through planned and spontaneous play

  • Promoting a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment

  • Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

  • Contributing to observations and assessments in line with EYFS

  • Adapting quickly to new settings and working effectively within different teams
