About the Role:

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming early years setting in Romford. The successful candidate will support the development and learning of children aged 0–5 years, assisting in the delivery of high-quality care and education. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the growth and development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships.
  • Help maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on children's progress.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
