Music Teachers Secondary - Key stages 3 and 4 Trafford area £100- £160 per day - Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. September starts!

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification alongside a degree in Music. You will be required to teach Music at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. You must also be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic and be able to quickly build relationships. This is a great time to join us and become part of our committed teaching team.

About the school

As the Teacher of Music you will be encouraged to develop your skills in a well-resourced, supportive environment. It is important that the Teacher of Music has high expectations of pupil’s achievement and a strong commitment to raising standards.

We work with schools across the whole of Greater Manchester. Those areas include; Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, Stockport, Cheshire East, Tameside, Oldham, Bury, Rochdale and Buxton.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Music Teacher you will:
  • Hold QTS/QTLS
  • Have recent teaching experience in a secondary school setting
  • Be available from September 2022, part time availability to also be considered

Salary

£100 to £150 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Hold QTS/QTLS
  • Have recent experience teaching secondary aged pupils
