Are you a Teacher with a passion for language and culture? Vision for Education is assisting to appoint a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, to support high achieving secondary schools in Ipswich on a supply basis.

About the role

The desired MFL Teacher will ooze enthusiasm for the subject and will look at new and creative ways to engage students studying Modern Foreign Languages. You will be an excellent communicator and be highly skilled in breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand terms. The ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school, who are looking for someone who will fit in well with their team, potentially have a permanent position for the right candidate.

The desired MFL Teacher will have experience of working within a school environment and be comfortable supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), demonstrating good subject knowledge. Delivering pre-planned lessons, this is a fantastic opportunity for a MFL Teacher with a range of experience.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of MFL Teacher you will:
  • Have experience working in a secondary setting
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Hold a degree in education or a related field
  • Have/or willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service

Salary

£120 to £140 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
