Warrington English ASAP Day to day/ Long term Vision for Education are working with a client school in Warrington to appoint an English teacher to support their department.

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to provide inspirational and outstanding teaching whilst nurturing a safe, secure, and caring educational environment. The role will comprise of teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of English Teacher you will:
  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
  • The ability to teach to GCSE standard
  • Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
  • Good behaviour management
  • Be able to inspire commitment and enthusiasm through creative and interesting lessons

Salary

£140 to £190 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
