The School and Role

The role is based within the Wigan, Ideally you will possess for Level 3 Teaching Assistant with recent experience, a vibrant and strong passion for working with children. With your developed communication skills, and ability to form relationships with children you will provide activities to help children reflect, develop their emotions and provide a variety of approaches to support behaviour, language and communication school.

  • Supply high-quality lessons to accelerate and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.
  • Expertise within areas of the National Curriculum either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.
  • Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
  • Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;

  • Passion and drive to support children in education.
  • Excellent communication and language skills.
  • Desirable - recent experience working with children.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
  • Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.
  • You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
