About the role
The role requires a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic individual to support vulnerable young learners who are not in full time mainstream education. The successful applicant will have had previous experience in dealing with Challenging Behaviours and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, ADHD and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, MLD and ASC. This can be a very rewarding role for somebody who wants to make a positive impact on a young person’s life. You would work along side the class teacher with day-to-day actives working within a group setting as well as on a 1:1 basis with student learners.
