The perfect candidate will be motivated, calm and professional, ideally with knowledge of differing SEND provision and strong behaviour management skills due to the complex nature of the students' additional needs. This post would suit a patient, caring and calm individual with a passion for supporting young children.

• Hold a DBS on the update service, or be willing to process one with us
• Have some experience or knowledge of working with SEN children in the last 2 years
