Required for May 2024 start, an enthusiastic and hard working Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - to join our team of TA's and LSA's to work within a school in Emersons Green, South Gloucestershire.
About the role
The successful applicant will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities for all pupils, including those who need particular help in overcoming barriers to learning. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning and/or wellbeing activities for individuals, groups or whole classes for PPA. or short-term absences.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant (LSA) you will:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline, or appropriate experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Ideally hold GCSEs grade A-C in English and Mathematics
- Recent and relevant experience of working with children within an education setting
- Be able to work in Emersons Green, South Gloucestershire

Salary
£12 to £15 per hour
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline, or appropriate experience as a Teaching Assistant
