We’re looking for a calm, nurturing Learning Support Assistant to support within this well-resourced, specialist provision in Cambridge. The perfect candidate will be motivated, calm and professional, ideally with knowledge of differing SEND provision and strong behaviour management skills due to the complex nature of the students' additional needs. This post would suit a patient, caring and calm individual with a passion for supporting young children.
