About the Role:
Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools in Epping Forest. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning, providing both classroom-based assistance and targeted support on a 1:1 or small group basis.

The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Assist with classroom preparation and general duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) – desirable but not essential
