The School and Role
Are you passionate about changing lives? Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school and support incredible young people with additional needs, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, visual impairment, and a range of learning difficulties. This Learning Support Assistant role is hands-on and fast-paced, where your care, patience, and positivity will make a meaningful difference every single day. Due to the rural location of the school, driving is essential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will build strong, trusting relationships with students, celebrate progress both big and small, and provide tailored support that helps learners grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. Working closely with teachers and a supportive, like-minded team, the Learning Support Assistant will play a key role in creating an inclusive and inspiring environment where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
If you are adaptable, motivated by purpose, and ready to step into a rewarding Learning Support Assistant position that truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
