Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Join Vision for Education as a Learning Support Assistant and make a real difference!

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants for a rewarding full-time role within our SEN schools in West Sussex.

About the Role

  • 1:1 Student Support: Learning Support Assistants provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.
  • Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
  • Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.
  • Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away!

What We’re Looking For

  • Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.
  • Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a school or SEND environment is essential.
  • Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
  • Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.

*All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
