This ‘Good’ primary school, based in Sunderland are looking to appoint an excellent Teaching Assistant to work in a Key Stage 1 class on a full time basis.

About the role

This will be a role where the KS1 Teaching Assistant will be providing general classroom support and working alongside children with lower attainment to help them catch up and boost their progress.

To be considered for the role of KS1 Teaching Assistant (Full Time, Temporary) you will:
  • • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • • Experience of working with pupils with low attainment
  • • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • • An ability to work as part of a team

Salary

£415 to £435 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • • Experience of working with primary school aged children
