About the Role:

Vision for Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher for a primary school in Thurrock. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school and trust

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching
• A commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners
