About the Role:
Vision for Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher for a primary school in Thurrock. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking trust, committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment for all pupils.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school and trust
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching
- A commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners
