Vision for Education are seeking to employ a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Newcastle.
About the role
This is a full-time position, working between the hours of 08:30-15:30 and is set to commence in September 2022-July 2023. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting a child with Autism (ASD) and be able to use their own initiative to support the pupil independently. The Teaching Assistant must be supportive, encouraging and patient and provide a stimulating environment for the child to academically achieve to the best of their ability.

Requirements
- • Hold a minimum of Level 2 Qualification in Teaching and Learning.
- • Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
- • Have excellent communication skills.
- • Understand how to accommodate for diverse needs.
- • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to support pupils learning and development.
About Vision for Education
Salary
£69 to £73 per day
- Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
