The School and Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to work in a friendly primary school in Ferryhill, DL17. Working as part of an established team, the desired Key Stage 2 Teacher will be teaching in mixed Year 3/4 class with 18 children. Planning would be required for the role and there are some children with SEND. There is also a TA available to assist the class. The role would be full time Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4pm to cover a long term absence. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
The desired Key Stage 2 Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- QTS within the UK
