Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 teacher to join our successful teaching team and work within a school in the Newcastle area.

About the role

This is a part-time role, working between the hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday-Wednesday. The ideal candidate will have experience of working across Key Stage 1 and have a thorough understanding of assessment in the classroom and the delivering of phonics. As part of this role, the candidate will be expected to fulfil all duties within the classroom and offer differentiated learning and activities. The school welcome both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role and would like to employ someone with a desire to set high expectations across the school.

The specified job role will be to work within a highly rated schools in the Newcastle area. The primary school sets very high standards and wants to employ an exceptional teacher who will provide excellent provision for all pupils.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Key Stage 1 Teacher you will:
  • • Have had experience of supporting children in Key Stage 1.
  • • Be creative and enthusiastic towards delivering learning to the children.
  • • Hold a minimum of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • • Extensive knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum.

Salary

£90 to £213 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
