The School and Role
Vision for Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis at a Primary School in North Tyneside (NE27) from September 2025. The successful HLTA will be working across classes in KS2 on a timetable given by the school. The work will involve general classroom support, intervention groups, and PPA cover. Some experience of working within KS2 is desired but not essential. This is a ‘Good’ Primary school, where pupils feel supported and happy coming to school.
Requirements
The desired HLTA will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
