  • A Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent relevant experience

  • A calm and flexible approach, particularly when supporting pupils with behavioural or learning challenges

  • Confidence in working with children with SEN or ALN and a genuine commitment to their success

  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude, ready to collaborate with teachers and school staff

  • A passion for continuous professional development and improving your teaching support skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily rates starting from £101.92, paid weekly with no hidden fees

  • Dedicated consultant support to guide you throughout your placements

  • Access to free, high-quality training covering classroom management, SEN/ALN strategies, safeguarding, and more

  • Pension contributions to support your future security

  • Regular recognition of your hard work and the positive impact you make in schools

Requirements

  • A Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience in Supporting Teaching and Learning

  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply

  • Good knowledge of classroom environments and experience supporting children with a range of needs
