Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive environment that values every child and member of staff.

The Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across KS1 and/or KS2
  • Lead small group interventions and occasionally cover whole classes
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Foster a positive learning environment that nurtures each child’s potential
  • Help track pupil progress and provide valuable feedback

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • A proactive, flexible, and caring approach
  • Ability to confidently lead learning activities and support pupils with varying needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
