Pay: £90-£120 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive environment that values every child and member of staff.
The Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across KS1 and/or KS2
- Lead small group interventions and occasionally cover whole classes
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Foster a positive learning environment that nurtures each child’s potential
- Help track pupil progress and provide valuable feedback

Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- A proactive, flexible, and caring approach
- Ability to confidently lead learning activities and support pupils with varying needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
