Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Health & Social Care Teacher for a Secondary School based in Preston starting May 2024.

About the role

We are looking to appoint an outstanding candidate for a May 2024 start. The ideal candidate will hold QTS and will not only be a subject specialist in Health & Social Care but will also be willing and able to deliver General Cover across other subject areas where required.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Health and Social Care Teacher you will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching in Secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE and or A level.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists.
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Salary

£150 to £220 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Hold QTS
