Are you an inspiring Geography educator ready to lead a high-performing department at an exceptional independent school? Vision for Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Geography to teach Geography at a prestigious independent school in the Medway area.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the Geography department with creativity and strategic vision
  • Deliver engaging and rigorous lessons to A-Level and GCSE students

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching Geography at A-Level in a UK secondary school (independent or maintained)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of leading or supporting a department
  • Passionate about Geography with the ability to inspire students of all abilities
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
