About the role

General Primary Supply Teacher

We are currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools throughout Lincolnshire. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with different age groups from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects while maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment. They will be able to adapt their teaching methods to suit different schools and year groups, ensuring pupils remain engaged in learning while maintaining effective behaviour management throughout the school day.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of General Primary Supply Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Flexibility and strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for teaching and supporting pupils
