Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Design Technology teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local secondary school in Redcar to start in September 2022, full time for the whole school year. The post is suitable for both experienced and new to the profession colleagues with a specialism in RMT or Food.

This role will involve working closely with the Head of Department. The exact nature of the role and teaching commitment will be based upon the strengths of the successful candidate and the needs of the department.

This a ‘good’ school (OFSTED NOV 21) with many strengths. Supporting and developing of staff, including those new to the Academy was identified as an area of excellence, by OFSTED.

• Have experience teaching secondary education at KS3 and KS4
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary Teachers
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
