Vision for Education are looking to recruit passionate and adaptable Foundation Phase Primary Teachers to work in schools within the Loughor area of Swansea on either day to day or longer term placements. We are seeking teachers who would be confident teaching throughout the Foundation Phase with a particular focus on the Early Years classes. NQTs are welcome to apply as each session you complete will count towards your Induction Period. You will also be able to complete your lesson observations in these long term posts. Each school has a supportive team of Teaching Assistants who you will be able to utilise within your classroom.

Requirements:

The desired Primary Teacher will have: -

• QTS and recent teaching experience teaching within the current areas of learning
• A specialism within the Foundation Phase
• The ability to engage students
• The ability to manage any challenging behaviours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
