Vision for Education are recruiting for a school located in Lancaster who are looking for a EYFS Primary Teacher to take on their Reception class. Starting SEPTEMBER 2022 to cover a maternity cover position. FULL TIME, 8:30 - 15:30.

About the role

The EYFS Primary Teacher role will include taking full responsibility for the reception class at the school. The class is expected to be around 23 pupils and there will be a couple of experienced teaching assistants in the room to assist. This is a perfect opportunity for an ECT looking for a foot in the door role or an experienced teacher that is looking for a fixed term of supply work.

The EYFS teacher will be expected to plan and implement lesson plans that positively impact learning within in the class. This includes using outdoor provisions where possible as the school has recently invested in a large covered EYFS area that can be used for activities and play.

About the school

The school is located in North Lancaster and is rated Ofsted 'GOOD'. This is a small one form entry primary school located on the outskirts of Lancaster. The SLT have instilled a supporting and nurturing school environment and only want staff who resonate with these values.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of EYFS Primary Teacher you will:
  • Must hold Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience in a primary setting
  • A kind and nurturing nature
  • Confidence taking on an EYFS class and the challenges that come with that

Salary

£122 to £189 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
