A large secondary school seeks to appoint an English Teacher to work on a fixed term contract from as soon as possible until the end of the summer term in July 2025. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to pupils in KS3 and KS4. Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role, the school will consider candidates of other teaching specialisms that have experience of teaching English.

This large secondary academy is based in Hull, apprixmately 2 miles from the city centre.. This Ofsted 'Good' graded academy forms part of a multi academy trust with an excellent regional reputation.

Requirements

The desired English Teacher will have;

- Qualified Teacher Status

- Experience of teaching English to KS3 and KS4.

- A passion for the progress of secondary aged pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
