Vision for Education are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a well – loved one form entry primary school in their EYFS department.

About the role

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge surrounding the Early Years Framework and an aptitude to confidently deliver phonics 1:1 and in small groups. Although a level 2 qualification is desirable, we will consider all applicants as we are keen to find the right person for this role. You will be expected to have relevant knowledge, experience, and a desire to join a committed and dedicated team with immediate effect.

Senior leadership work in harmony with the other staff members to ensure the day run as seamlessly as possible.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:
  • Have previous experience of working in an Early Years setting- This is essential to be successful in this role.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
  • Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Mon-Fri.
  • Have a DBS that is on the update service.

Salary

£10 to £11 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • GCSE English and Maths (A*-C or 9 -4) as a minimum. You must have relevant experience in an educational setting.
